What is VVITBA?
VVITBA was created in 2001, as a result of a group of blind/vision impaired tenpin bowlers starting to bowl together at AMF Box Hill in Victoria. From this one group, there are now blind/vision impaired bowlers playing at numerous centres throughout Victoria.
VVITBA is affiliated with Blind Sports Victoria.
Our Aims
Our overall aim is to create opportunities for blind/vision impaired people to participate in tenpin bowling in their own local community, regardless of age, gender, social & cultural background.
Following the development of the short Guide Rail, our aim is to have a short Guide Rail in the majority of bowling centres throughout Victoria.
